OTS fixes

The following changes will be implemented on the OTS after the servers restart:

• PVE rounds were made more challenging
• Snork set: added a movement and sprint speed multiplier
• Rat set: the damage multiplier against zombified enemies has been increased on levels 2 and 3; a weapon damage multiplier has been added to level 3
