Optimize me - Update

This update is all about optimization and performance, not much new content have been added. This optimization was very much needed for future content updates. The next update will be a regular content update.

Bugfixes

fix - 3rd person cigarette and other handheld items no longer visible fix - Players could cheat at drag race with heavy items fix - Car wreck and furnitures didn't save their position at the carpenter fix - Drug dealers no longer teleport away when dealing with player fix - Mouse steering only worked with default shifting buttons fix - Disappearing car trailer fix - Abandoned prefab building didn't show up at certain distances fix - Animals less likely to stuck in corners fix - Disabling mirror lowering fps fix - Smoking a cigarette lowering fps fix - Lightning strike super brightness when bloom was on

added - Cables between electric poles added - 1 new weapon with 2 variant added - 2 new job mission at the smugglers base added - Ability to toggle leaning in player controls menu added - Debug menu to respawn truck beds and trailer added - Working TV with 2 channel (more to come)
