Update 10.00

Changes in the update:

• Added the ability to weld bearings and shock absorbers onto existing roots, including ones already mounted on bearings/shock absorbers

• New block: Microcontroller

• Completely reworked the network backend for multiplayer, clans, the exhibition, and accounts: improved security, stability, availability, and optimization

• Raised the build weight limit to 50 KB

• Added the ability to edit builds while they're on the exhibition

• Reworked clan chat

• Added the ability to delete clan stickers

• Restored the ability to invest currency into clans

• Improved the security of signing in via Steam

• Added a convenient way to duplicate worlds and builds

• Added the ability to change render resolution on PC

• Fixed the behavior of neon blocks

• Reworked the character's swimming mechanics

• Increased the range of all sensors to 20,000

• Reduced the minimum allowed size of a text sticker

• Fixed the physics of wings mounted on bearings

• Fixed a bug with the build selection menu

• Fixed various other bugs and issues
