New Game Plus Hotfix 1

Hi everyone,

I wanted to fix some user bug reports, thanks to everyone who reported!

-Fixed hat pickups showing the wrong name. -Fixed some broken localization text -Reports indicated randomizing spawns for bonus scans often broke them or spoiled the intent of the challenge, so random spawns are for base scans only now. -Fixed swapping from lift grenade to explosive grenade using radial menu. -Toggle surf now also applies to sprinting.
