Update 18: Bug fixes

• Player can now climb hills and steep ramps faster.

• Infinite dig sound after building tunnel fixed.

• Binoculars for U.S. player now fixed (cloud cam issue).

• Animals should now stop animating when they die (not small birds yet).

• Dog tags can no longer be picked up while in a vehicle.

• U.S. Radiomen will now drop radio when killed.
