Patch 1.2.6 release notes

• Added new Aliensrock themed vehicle
• Added UFO "vehicle" which can be used as cargo that must reach a flag
• Fixed crash when switching a vehicle type to a UGC vehicle
• Remove image caching for local mods
• Localization for strings added since initial launch
