0.9.7.6 Windowed Mode Hotfix

Fixes:

• Finally (hopefully) fixed issues with windowed mode

Misc:

• Added a setting to precisely configure the number of potions equipped by enemies
• Slightly reduced the number of potions carried by enemies
• Pressing F8 now hides the UI during combat
