Hey Commanders! Here comes the 0.9.83b update!
New Elite vehicles, naval gun adjustments, and garage feature upgrades. Let's take a look!

⭐ New Elite Vehicles

• IS-2 (Elite)
  Equipped with additional track armor and improvised mattress armor, significantly improving explosion resistance.
  Also fitted with a commander's DShK machine gun for extra firepower!

• Tiger P (Elite)
  An additional 100 mm armor plate has been welded onto the front.
  It can now command a Ferdinand in battle.

💥 Object 103 / SU-100Y Adjustments

• Default ammunition changed to "Semi Armour-Piercing"
  ○ Penetration: 20, Damage: 12
  This naval gun now delivers both incredible penetration and explosive damage!

• Added optional ammunition:
  ○ HE shell
  ○ Penetration: 4, Dmage: 20
  Historically used against submarines, this shell carries a larger explosive charge but has a shorter range.

🛠 Features and Optimizations

• Refreshed the Firefly model.

• A new batch of vehicles now supports camouflage switching:
  BA-10, T-100Z, BM-8-24, SU-100Y, Ferdinand, Sturmtiger.
  More vehicles will gain this feature in future updates.

• Added a new shell skin category in the garage decoration menu.
  The Lunar New Year fireworks effect can now be freely switched, and more shell skins will be added in the future.

• The Boss list in the garage now also displays Elite enemies.

• The game will now run in the background during initial loading and automatically stop running in the background once loading is complete.
  A new option has been added in the settings menu: "Always Run in Background".

• Fixed an issue where amphibious vehicles could not float on water.

• We are currently recording character voice lines, which are planned to be added when the game enters version 1.0
