• Fixed some missing images for new luxuries.

• Made luxuries a bit more easy to obtain: doubles on the planet are now accepted if the slot would otherwise stay empty. Doubles in the city can't happen.

• Competitive objectives like that of the Goddess now pick the lowest neighbor.

• Added fallback logic for metagame character unlock corruption.
