Update 1.2.4.0 for "Crisis in the Kremlin: Cold War" has been released and includes:

NEW

• Event chain for the Afghan Civil War.

• The ability to discover and reveal the secret of Operation Cyclone to the world.

• Many types of older save files can now be loaded (with warnings).

• Added an impact filter in the politicians window.

• New "Party Unrest" impulse when choosing important actions in events.

• New notification for politician trait changes.

• Added a search function in the statistics window.

• Added the ability to directly add custom portraits and music to the game.

• Tooltip text can now collapse to save space (see settings).

BALANCE

• Adjusted the number of votes for third parties in elections.

• The effects of war buttons on factions are no longer flat.

• Rebalanced the conditions for politicians entering and exiting conspiracies.

• Deepened and expanded the AI for the USA, France, Britain, and China in countries with coup mechanics.

• Rebalanced the conditions for joining, leaving, and the credit rating of the IMF.

• The report padding (falsification) formula is now progressive.

• Economic investments are now calculated based on the total money supply rather than the IPI (Industrial Power Index).

• Politicians' homelands have been moved from countries to regions.

TRANSPARENCY

• Restricted and banned parties are now shown via the "Police State" diplomatic icon, along with their effects.

• Clicking on major war participants now opens a window displaying all minor participants and their effects.

• Impulses and Investments are now reflected in the stat change tooltips.

• Added an option to configure the display of investment effects.

• Hostile alliance values are now displayed.

• The principles and mechanics for politicians creating and participating in conspiracies are now displayed.

FIXES

• Fixed various bugs and crashes.

• Optimized overall game speed.
