Changes to Technical Support and Troubleshooting Articles

Dear Realmwalkers,

Today we’re announcing a change to game troubleshooting and support. From today, we will no longer be using Zendesk to host troubleshooting articles and support tickets.

If you are experiencing technical issues with Nightingale, please check out the new support section of our website (https://playnightingale.com/support) for common technical troubleshooting tips.

In the case basic troubleshooting does not resolve your issue, please check search in our Aha portal (https://playnightingale.ideas.aha.io/) to see if a similar post with the issue exists with additional steps or information needed to look into the issue further. If a similar post does not already exist, please submit a new post.
