Fixed an issue where stateless customers would remain in rooms after game load

Resolved a bug causing shelf stocker staff to travel to other hotels incorrectly

Fixed an issue where staff tasks (Receptionist, Cashier) could not be assigned

Shelves and vending machines can now be sold at the pawn shop
