//misc changes

• Gamepad: You can now use the right analogue stick (it acts the same as the left analogue stick).
• Castle Conquest: The Soul meta gained from collecting Hero Soul pickups is now doubled in this game mode.
• Slightly increased the chance of being offered Giantan minions.
• Colossal Tooth relic: The extra chance of being offered Giant minions has been doubled to a base +50% (instead of +25%).

//bug fixes

• Escape Menu: Pressing the Resume Game option instead of the Escape key could unpause the game if some menus were open (eg Status Screen).
• Deamonic Boomeranger minion: If the minion is later removed then it would cause a crash (eg if it was summoned by a Deamonic Monk).
• Settings - Audio: When using full Mouse Support pressing up/down could cause a crash.
• Settings - Audio: This was using the same selector as the General settings which could cause a crash when switching between them.
• Crypt Hub - Load Conquest Save File menu: It wasn't doing the normal typewriter text effect.
• Crypt Hub - Piggy Banky menu: The icons weren't fading in/out.
• Player Health Bar: The end of the bar could stutter if you had decimal Max Health (eg from an Enboned Heart relic).
• Some Occult Healing would create a particle effect even if you have already reached the max cap (eg Big Fruitikeeni Bro's aura).
• Boning Totem contraption: This wasn't working correctly when raising a Waxen Elven Scout/Keeper.
