//misc changes

• Re-added some of the save file compatibility code which just reads data from the old save file format (in case you haven't played since just before the original release).
• Greetings screen: Changed the text since it's possible to see it without it being your first time playing.
• Giantous Deamonous minion: His bone projectiles now destroy themselves after inflicting a lot of Damage.
• Magma Gargantuan minion: Increased the amount of Damage his lava does.
• Zogziech Diablos minion: Increased the amount of pillars and Damage his attacks do.

//bug fixes

• The Greetings screen where you set up your basic keyboard controls could show at the beginning of the game again.
• Boneraise screen: Some items were being offered without needing to sacrifice their intended minions (affected the various Giant minions and Bonemeldus Destineous).
