Planet S Version 1.0.3

Hi everyone!

Here is another set of improvements and a couple of urgent bug fixes!

Quality of life:

• Added a hotkey to automatically place farm fields (default is "L") ~ The camera will now focus onto the spaceport of a planet when switching between planets using the cycle hotkey

Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue causing Simplified and Traditional Chinese translation not applying correctly
• Fixed a crash when trying to assign a keybinding to numpad enter
• Fixed a bug causing keybinds to reset when clicking back or escape in the options menu
• The Terraformer no longer costs military building materials
