Planet S Version 1.1.9

Hey everyone!

This patch fixes a couple of issues and adds some QoL improvements.

Quality of Life:

• Added a button to delete flag presets
• Improved usability of the trade route UI
• Added the ability to zoom in and out using the keyboard (Arrow up + Arrow down to zoom in / out)

Balancing:

~ The interplanetary laser will now start with a cooldown when placed down

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a crash that could occure when selecting a bot owned spaceship
• Fixed a visual glitch related to modded atmospheres
• Fixed being able to control or group spaceships from other players
• Fixed some localization errors
