Server:

Feature client action throttle #1301 (Centorios & FGaibisso)

• Added server support for client action throttles (intervals still need to be modified)

Remove legacy Quiza drops and simplify NPC drops #1400 (Centorios)

• Changed the drop system to a completely new one, now allowing minimum and maximum item quantities. Additionally, the drop rate is now tied to the global drop variable.

Client:

sync throttle intervals from server #801 (FGaibisso)

• Added support for client action throttles (intervals still need to be modified and walking limits added)

Quest:

• EXP and GLD rewards for the "New Minotaur Bosses" quest have been halved.

Patreon:

• Rewards from the "Patreon Chest" NPC, available in each basement, have been updated.

Alchemy:

Drop variability has been added to plants that grant alchemy flowers:

• Dark Lobelia: Now drops 1 to 25 flowers upon death.

• Red Flower Bush: Now drops 1 to 20 flowers upon death.

• Brown Feather: Now drops 1 to 15 flowers upon death.

• Flower Cactus: Now drops 1 to 12 flowers upon death.

• Light Mushroom: Now drops 1 to 10 flowers upon death.

• Araucaria Seed Tree: Now yields 1 to 10 flowers upon death.

• Triple-Blossomed Calla Lily: Now yields 1 to 10 flowers upon death.

The "Magic Dart" spell is now available for purchase from all Magic NPCs in cities at level -25.
