• Loading unassisted spells from Configuration.ini (#1613 - ReyarB)

The SPELL_UNASSISTED_* constants are removed, and the list of allowed unassisted spells is now loaded from Configuration.ini (CONFIGURATIONS > UnassistedSpellsAllowed).

Separators are normalized, and the search is optimized through caching and validation of the loaded list.

An error is logged if the key does not exist.

Example.Configuration.ini is updated with a list of examples.

• Loading RP keys from obj.dat for ForbiddenRace (#1595 - Temis-gt)

Loading RP keys from obj.dat for ForbiddenRace is implemented.

The initialization of RaceList and the reading of RP1..RPn in LoadOBJData are added, following the ForbiddenClass scheme.

Valid Races: Human, Elf, Drow, Gnome, Dwarf, and Orc.

• Lobby and Public Event Improvements (#1576 - Temis-gt)

RoundAmount is added to t_Lobby and initialized from LobbySettings.

When creating a public lobby, the event name takes precedence: instance description, scenario name, or "Event".

The configuration is validated before making a lobby available.

Creating public events is simplified, requiring only that the user be online.

Minor refactoring of the lobby and event name creation flow.
