Make the Elven Wood damage multiplier configurable.

Reads ElvenWoodMagicDamageMultiplier from SvrConfig in Code/modSpells.bas and uses it when applying Elven Wood magic damage.

Replaces the previous hardcoded *2 multiplier for weapon and ring items with a configurable ElvenWoodMultiplier (default value 3 when the configuration key is missing or <= 0).

Play sound on rebirth (phoenix).

Adds the PhoenixRebirth enum and plays it when the phoenix successfully spawns.

MaybeSpawnFenix ​​now captures the SpawnNpc return index (nIndex), uses the constant SND_WARP instead of the literal 3 for the spawn sound parameter, and only broadcasts the spawn message, plays the rebirth sound (PrepareMessagePlayWave), and sets IsPhoenixAlive = True if nIndex <> 0.

Balance:

• Summon damage multiplier for using items crafted with elven wood: increased to 3 (2 >> 3), with the calculation now being [% DM of the item * 3].

For example, a Engarzed Staff now provides 27 (9 DM x3) damage in summons instead of 18 (9 DM x2).

NPCs:

Graphic update for NPCs in Eldoria, Lindos, Hope Island, and Forgat.

Coming soon:

• Implementation of a card system that increases the damage, experience, and drop rate of the NPC whose card you possess. The more cards you activate from that NPC, the greater the bonus against them.

• The bard will need a lute to summon elementals.
