Version 0.83.3 - Hotfixes

Hello again. I return with more hotfixes to address the various reports we've been receiving.

• MANUFACTURING: Moving manufacturing machine during the molten animation no restarts correctly

• MANUFACTURING: Recipes now have tabs to filter by machine

• SHUTTLE DELIVERY: Fixed side Equipment Hatch freezing in an open state and causing workers to malfunction

• VACUUM: can now be toggled on/off correctly; status light added to show current state

• VACUUUM: will no longer cause interference if disabled

• UI: Fixed Q Radial menu displaying text for last selection upon re-opening

• STATION: Salvage functionality fixed

• RESOURCES: Fixed invulnerable resources that cannot be broken into chunks

Still a few small things on our radar which we will deliver as fixes are put in place
