FIXED: Pre-Order DLC Entitlement Issue

Since launch, many of you have let us know about the issues you're having with not receiving the pre-order DLC in your library if you pre-ordered the deluxe edition of the game.

Valve has now added this entitlement to the pre-order deluxe package and this should be fixed for all players who purchased that version, either on Steam or via a key site.

If you pre-ordered the deluxe edition and don't immediately see this appear in your library, try restarting Steam. If the issue persists, please let me know.
