v1.4.17 is released

I noticed that sometimes the black box item would not be awarded when proceeding with the wreckage's storyline. It turned out that it would occur if you fully salvage it before hitting the investigate option, which usually does not happen in normal gameplay, but does if you skip the investigation. I have now fixed this bug!

I also fixed a rare issue with the moon forge not appearing.
