Patch 1.7 Bugfix #11

Bugfixes:

• Fixed a bug where Overflowing Magic would either give the whole bonus or none instead of a scaling bonus
• Fixed a bug where Opening Strike could trigger two counters
• Fixed a bug where when opening the window for the title effects in the characters details of a character during battle and then closing the window with esc, the same title effect window would appear when opening the detail window of another character
• Some Textfixes

Misc:

• Removed a developer-debug folder from the game files
• Added an additional line to the description of the Skill "Reach", specifying that it does not affect counter distance
