A New Update is Coming + Die in the Dungeon Lands on Nintendo Switch!

Hi everyone!

We've got quite a bit of Die in the Dungeon news to share today: a new free update is on the way, we're looking for more testers, and the game has officially made its console debut!

🆕 A New Free Update is Coming!

We're currently working on our fourth free post-launch mini-update, featuring a wide range of content, including: a **new event, **lots of bugfixes, and a highly requested accessibility option!

And yes... you might already be able to spot at least one of those changes here:

That's right! A new non-pixel font option will finally be available in the upcoming update!

Getting this right ended up being a bit more involved than we originally expected, but we're really happy to finally offer an alternative for players who prefer clearer text.

But that's not all...

Some veteran players from the CLASSIC version might remember a particularly inquisitive spider lurking around the dungeon. Strangely, there haven't been any sightings of that spider in quite some time...

Maybe something else has been forming in the depths of the dungeon instead? You'll have to wait for the update to find out! 👀

🎮 Die in the Dungeon is Now Available on Nintendo Switch!

Today's also a pretty special day for us: Die in the Dungeon is officially available on Nintendo Switch!

This marks our first-ever console release, and seeing our little frogs running on a Nintendo system after all these years feels pretty surreal.

A lot of work has gone into adapting the game for controller play and making sure the experience translates well to consoles, so we're incredibly excited to finally have it out there. And for those waiting for news about other platforms: we'll have more to share about other console versions in the near future!

🧪 We're Looking for More Testers!

We're also opening applications for a new wave of community testers for our Discord server! Testers get access to early builds of upcoming Die in the Dungeon content and can send feedback directly to us while things are still in development.

We've recently started preparing some new prototypes, so there may occasionally be some other mysterious things to test too... 👀
