0.4.1 Hotfix #14 - Major Smoothness Fix

Enabled 3 levels of scrolling smoothness. The default should be sufficient for 60 and 144hz monitors, but you may want to set it to "High" for 240hz. This had a **major **effect on how the game feels!

Fixed some boundary issues in secret areas and boss fights

Capped speed in the small NPC secret areas to make interaction with them easier

Added a "Respawn" button to the pause menu

Fixed sort effects not working when regex filters are not applied

Fixed Echo Forger not showing you crystals socketed in your items

Fixed Bees and Avatar of Vengeance flying off to Narnia while the game is paused

Added a potential mitigation to an issue when too many effects are hitting an enemy
