Adjusted the drop rates of some items

Fixed a bug where items could be generated strangely via one of the new events

Added some text color effects for ultimate unique item drops

Fixed a bug with the text on Limit Break skills not using the new skill tree renderer

Fixed the Shrine of the Swarm effect multiplying by 0 in many cases
