Fixed some lag relating to enemies who fire projectiles

Fixed a bug where the +3% challenge chance Research Skill was not functioning

Fixed a softlock caused by selecting a new area and dying on the same frame

Further reduced Ultimate Unique drop chances

Added the framework for the Ultimate Arena, coming in a future patch

Updated some underlying code for boss telegraphs to enable more interesting fights
