Replaced the in-game upgrades for Kinetic Blades that originally offered Orbit Speed with ones that offer Flat Physical Damage

Replaced the in-game upgrades for Avatar of the Night that originally offered Orbit Speed with ones that offer Bat Fire Rate

Added shortcuts to the in-game upgrade selection on the keyboard. These are bound to the 1, 2, and 3 keys

Fixed a Rune Blast nerf that leaked from Retail to Demo

Fixed a bug where having both open Prefixes and Suffixes on a sacrifice craft would significantly favor the Prefixes. They are now both equally weighted

Fixed a bug where Green's event icons would not show up, and previous event icons would take her place. This generally manifested after killing a boss
