Cactus Balancing Update

use_item no longer uses an item if the item can't be used. Instead it returns False.

each cactus now drops cactus items equal to the farm size so it is no longer more profitable to farm cactus on a smaller farm.

all prices involving cactus have been adjusted.

changing the farm size now clears the farm to prevent some exploits.

fixed constructing sets from other data structures.

due to the cactus balance changes the leaderboard has been reset.
