News and Notes:

• Back end system changes have been implemented to assist in server maintenance.

• The Shard Storm enhancement in the Primal Avatar tree now properly requires the upgrade enhancement in Tier 3 in order to grant its hit point buff.

• Quick Cutter now properly works with handwraps.

• The message "You have attained the Highest level in the Game" no longer displays when reaching level 30.

• Invasive Fey Flowers now have a hit box more appropriate for their size to make ranged weapons hit them more reliably.
