Pumpkin Fest Is Live and Cloudheim Is 34% Off!
Hey Runari!
Pumpkin Fest is back, and Cloudheim is 34% off ($19.79) to celebrate! There are festive enemies to fight, fireworks to set off, and skills, decorations, and sprays to earn.
I’ve been celebrating Halloween since August 1, so thank you for finally joining me.
We’ve also added three Runari Rush Origins featuring your weapon contest winners and made world map improvements based on your feedback.
Brooks Wants Your Pumpkin Coins
Pumpkin Knight Grobbs and Pumpkin Mask Greebles are roaming the islands, and the Dullahan boss is returning. Same boss as last time, fancy new name.
Defeat them or destroy pumpkin firework crates to collect Pumpkin Coins, then take your earnings to Brooks for skills, decorations, and sprays.
To participate: Once you’ve opened your shop on Odin Shell through the main quest, talk to Brooks by the Bifrost Gate.
Keep Track of Your Travels
Trying to figure out where you’ve been and what you’re still missing? Your world map has a few new ways to help.
Repairing a Sylfstone now reveals the surrounding area, and Sylfstones are visible across all islands.
Open the new region list to check your collection progress region by region. Select one to see its boundaries and markers for collectibles and chests you’ve already gathered, helping you narrow down where to look next.
Meet Wanderer, Demon, and Dancer
Your weapon contest winners are getting their own Runari Rush Origins! We’ve built three starting loadouts around them:
-
Wanderer: Start with the Baat Jaam Do and Ring Pommel Dao, then build into weapon damage and attack speed. Keep swinging.
-
Demon: Bring the Tang Heng Dao and strong fire abilities. If you like investing heavily in skill damage, start here.
-
Dancer: Take the Runic Chakram for a spin, with spinning attacks and abilities plus some support for your allies.
A Note for Returning Pumpkin Fest Players
Bought skills during the first Pumpkin Fest? Rejoin the world where you purchased them. They’ll be remembered on your account, allowing you to equip them in other worlds as well.
Old Pumpkin Coins won’t carry over because of the changes that let event rewards travel between worlds. In reality, Brooks stole them all and refused to give them back.
Improvements and Fixes
This update also fixes the inventory soft lock while downed, reduces the chances of enemies spawning inside walls on Greenvor, and makes Leti’s quest indicator easier to spot.

World Discovery Improvements 🗺️
Based on player feedback, we’ve made some big improvements to how the map surfaces discovery and collection.

You can now pull up a list of regions, letting you see a breakdown by region

When the list is open, the boundary is drawn for the selected region, along with indicators showing the location of already gathered collectibles

Shallow areas near the shore on Arcadia now show up properly as underwater shallows

The region bar now updates to show the name of the island under the cursor
New Runari Rush origins ⚔️
We’ve added 3 new origins that make use of the weapon contest winners. Each new origin can be unlocked by completing a different island with the Lead Weights modifier turned on.
-
Wanderer starts with equipment that focuses on weapon damage and attack speed. It makes use of both the Baat Jaam Do and the Ring Pommel Dao
-
Demon starts with the Tang Heng Dao and strong fire abilities and is suited for heavy skill damage investment
-
Dancer starts with the Runic Chakram, focusing on spinning attacks and abilities as well as some support for your allies
General Improvements and Bug Fixes 🛠️
