Update 17: New Saw Launcher Weapon, Charged Rounds Upgrade, and Map 2 Soundtrack

New Content:

• New Weapon: Saw Launcher!
• New Upgrade Tree: Charged Rounds!
• 3 new achievements: HANDCANNON UNLOCKED, SAW LAUNCHER UNLOCKED, SAW LAUNCHER EXPERT
• Added a Delete Button which lets you permanently delete any upgrade from your run once every level up

Changes to Existing Content:

• Buffed Lever-Action Rifle: Damage 10 -> 13
• Buffed Projectile Deflection: Fire Rate -35% -> -20%
• Reduced Guided Missile cooldowns
• Added a slight delay between the projectiles fired by Singularity Explosion
• Added a limit to the number of projectiles that Death Row can create to prevent infinite loops of shrapnel
• Added a new song for Map 2 endless mode
• Replaced placeholder icons for Guided Missile with new ones

Optimization/Bug Fixes/Other:

• Fixed issue with **Handcannon **and Lever-Action Rifle bullets not detecting enemies when moving too fast
• Fixed issue with Glacial Rounds causing enemies to teleport
• Fire Rate can no longer go below -80% to prevent very long shoot cooldowns
• Added a flashing lights warning to the beginning of the game
• All of the music for Map 2 is available on YouTube!
