Patch note 1.0.17

Hello my kritters!

Today is a big day for two reasons.

First: we finally fixed the issues with asian language having missing characters (mostly korean). Second: we will open the playtest for the local coop today!

I'm hoping you'll appreciate our work. You also have to know that while the 1.1 update will be there soon, the 1.2 is already planned with a lot of new quality content.
