Update v0.7.0: Custom recruiting order, more RB settings, and watching games

In this update, 3 main features have been added. The first is the ability to set a custom order for your targeted recruits. This lets you organize your targets a bit better, and also serves a recruit priority list, so players higher up the list take precedence when committing. This means you can control who takes that 25th spot in your class a bit better.

The second feature is new settings for your RB depth chart. Now you can set which RB to use as your 3rd down back, your short yardage back, and your fullback. These will be inserted even if they are outside your rotation, as long as they are active players. Now you can carve out that FB role, and set which power back to put in at the goal line.

Finally, you can now sit back and watch games. When playing games, there is now a 'Watch game' option in the Sim Until dialog. Click that to enter watch mode, where each play is simulated automatically. This allows you to kick back and watch the game as a spectator, with three different speeds to choose from. And you can always stop and jump in at any time.

There are a few minor improvements as well, including better possession swap info in Impact Plays, and tracking when each save was last played. See the full list of changes below:
