Version 9.9.2 with additional bugs fixed

Hi Everyone,

Here is an updated version 9.9.2 with some additional bugs fixed, these bugs include the functioning of source lights on boats, and some random crash in opening the weather dialog.

Hope all works well now,

Thanks !
