Auction House Item Claim Reminder Notice

We would like to provide a reminder for Interactive World players to claim their Auction House items that were purchased prior to June 11, 2025.

• All items or mesos that need to be claimed can be claimed by clicking the ‘Claim Existing Auction Items’ button in the Complete tab of the Auction House UI by September 9, 2026 (before maintenance).

• This includes items traded before February 28, 2018 that don’t have a claim period.

• The ‘Claim Existing Auction Items’ button will be disabled, and any unclaimed items will be deleted on September 9, 2026 during maintenance.
