Update 1.22.1

Small update to address the following:

• Fixed - Heightmap sampling for putting grid is now more precise

• Fixed - Rendering ball trail on greens where the ball rolls back down a hill

• Fixed - TTS now works on Windows when in Big Picture Mode

• Fixed - Keyboard entry for multiplayer chat works in Big Picture Mode when no controllers are connected

• Fixed - Avatars now correctly index in Profile editor when there are locked avatars and workshop models have been installed

• Updated - Reduced overdraw of water plane and skybox materials
