• Fixed a bug where Time Scale setting wasn't saved properly

• Fixed a bug where dates showed wrong in main menu if Months timescale was on

• Fixed some issues in Japanese translations

• Fixed an issue where some Japanese characters appeared as Chinese characters

• Fixed possible lag spikes that happened when new scenes loaded in Chinese or Japanese languages

• RandomNameSettings.json will now work even if first/last names list is empty if full names list isn't

• Fixed missing localizations in some scenarios
