Changelist for 9322

These changes are coming on both OSX and WIN.

Tweaks

• Japanese localisation tweaks

• bootup should be a little faster on OSX

• overall improvement of network stability

Fixes

• Game would crash on start about 1 on 5 times with OSX 10.7

• OSX version crash pretty often when connecting to a multiplayer game

• updated SDL2 libs on OSX (there was some outstanding issues)

• matchmaking now use network protocol versionning instead of the version of the game, which means MAC and WIN user will get matched in public games.

• Potential fix for obscure NVorbis crashes on WIN
