Minor bug fixes. Local matches infinite loading & Gamemodes
- Fixed some bug that caused that some players couldn't play local matches because the loading never ended.
- Increased Bomb Explosion Countdown time from 10s -> 15s
- Increased Title Champion Match time from 45s -> 60s
