New Update: Hot Fix + UI Scaling

This patch includes some important fixes

Code fixes

• Improved in-game UI scaling, UI now properly adjusts based on resolution.

• Fixed a crash related to particle issues.

• Fixed a crash occurring when the production menu opened automatically in campaign mode.
