Half-Life 2 Beta updated

We have released a Beta update for Half-Life 2 and associated games. Changes in this update are:

• Fixed vehicle velocity not being saved in save games. New saves made after this change will now correctly restore vehicle speed

• Fixed actors lines being chopped in localized builds due to out of date sound cache

• Fixed Lamar animation in d1_trainstation_05 when jumping on the locker

• Fixed wrong env map in d1_trainstation_05 puddle

• Fix timing error in catwalk destruction in d3_c17_08
