The descent isn’t over…

A brutal New Game+ mode is coming early 2026, injecting fresh narrative content, persistent inventory, and a deadly new stalker-type enemy called The Hunter... designed to terrify even seasoned survivors.

Alongside that announcement, Total Chaos’ Physical Edition for PlayStation 5 is available to pre-order today for $29.99 in partnership with Atari and Infogrames via Atari.com and various retailers. Physical release is expected in Q1 2026.

Pre-Order

Originally an award-winning DOOM II mod, Total Chaos has evolved into a fully standalone survival horror experience with claustrophobic tension, methodical combat, grotesque enemies, and bleakly beautiful visuals.

New Game+ includes:

• A deadly new stalker: The Hunter

• Persistent crafting recipes & gear from your original playthrough

• Added story layers and new horrors to face
