Freeze fix & Can't join friends fix

Hi everyone!

We have an issue with our highscore server hoster and we're working on a fix (unfortunately we seem to be dependent on them at this point).

This occasion showed us that the game doesn't handle it as smoothly as it was supposed to. This patch removes all blocking/freezing issues related to that and shows a simple "highscore server cannot be reached" message.

Note that we only host the custom maps and the highscores and the rest of the game should be fully functional. That means creating / joining / playing online in private or public sessions should work completely fine even when our highscore server is down.

Make sure to update the game and let us know if you have further issues!

• Bug fix: Occasional game freezes (when starting and sometimes later as well) when the highscore server cannot be reached. Now an small notification will appear ("Highscore server cannot be reached.") but the rest of the game should not be affected

We also found a major issue where player could not join other players anymore when the highscore server wasn't reached correctly. This has been fixed as well and might have been a huge issue in China for instance.
