Hotfix 0.6.15

Hey Wastelanders,
We hope you enjoyed your weekend in the game!

This hotfix primarily fixes a small issue with missing Czech characters in the UI.
But while we're hard at work on the upcoming v0.7 update, we’ve decided to release one important improvement a bit early:

a brand new Snap System for the Building System is now live!

We hope you’ll enjoy the smoother building experience — for us, this marks a big step forward toward adding a lot more buildable content in the near future.
