- Adjusted the stats of the MS and ToV armor sets
- Wizard Balance: Increased Spellwind duration from 60 to 300 seconds, reduced Spell Haste from 20% to 15%, and reduced its cooldown from 10 to 5 seconds
- Improved tooltip responsiveness
- Added a skill bar lock icon and improved skill bar responsiveness
- Fixed visual effects for spells with very short cast times
- Fixed a minor mercenary bug related to potion usage
- Fixed an issue that could cause party HUD panels to overlap
- Fixed the cast animations for Flame Barrier and dragon breath abilities
