Patch V6.9 Robot fixes

Fixed robots going to a container that doesn't have enough resources it needs Made it so that robot containers dont show "0" and the number just gets hidden Made it so buildings will only be filled to 1 instead of 4 to ensure all of your buildings are filled equally
