Patch v7.23 Bug Fixes

-Changed the bug report button to f8 -Fixed it when you added money to the robot vault, after going above 509 it would go down to 255 -Also made it so the robot vault can take up to $10m per click when adding money -Fixed building materials getting converted into cash again when collecting from factories
