0.4.6 Stabilize 🛠️

My folks on Discord were telling me that the game was a lot more unstable since the last build (0.4.5). With this update majority of game crashing bugs should be fixed but I think there's one or two more cases that I need to figure out.

• Add world rankings for under 18 groups.
