0.15 Patch 1

Hello everyone. I have some small patches for the 0.15 update. No gameplay changes, just a few tweaks.

Changelog:

• Mouse locking to the game should work correctly now, this will make edge scrolling work better.

• Scenarios will now show a description when selecting them on the main menu

• The 2092 scenario now has a green box in the scenario picker to incentivize you to pick it.
